TATTOO ARTIST
Joey Caps started working at the age of 17. In 1995 while attending the Art Institute of Pittsburgh he began piercing for a highly recognized shop, InkaDinkaDoo in Oakland, PA. He went on to work in several other well known establishments such as Booger Mans in Smirna, DE & Mean Street Tattoo in NYC. In this time, he wanted to utilize his artistic ability and do more than just pierce, so he began designing tattoos for clients.
In 2000, with the encouragement of a close friend and professional tattoo artist he decided to pick up a tattoo machine and start inking himself and friends for practice. From this point on, Joey tattooed for several more years in a few more shops building a strong portfolio and clientele. Much of his clientele has remained loyal throughout the years and continue to be very good customers.
Today, Joey is the owner and operator of Ink Caps, Inc. in Staten Island, NY where he continues to tattoo and pierce.

After being comissioned several times by friends to draw designs for tattoos that they wanted, he realised what an honor it was to have his art permanently placed onto someones skin. At that point he made the decision to begin his official tattooing career.
Anthony pushed and succeeded in starting his tattooing carreer in 2004. He completed a solid 8 month apprenticeship at Island Tattoo in S.I., N. Y. and continued to work there for 3 years.
